These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the FLUX VPN service. By using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
FLUX VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that enables an encrypted connection between the User’s device and the Internet. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. FLUX VPN does not guarantee absolute anonymity, uninterrupted operation, access to any particular resources, or compatibility with all devices or third-party software.
2. User Obligations and Responsibility
The User agrees to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. The Service must not be used for illegal activities, evasion of lawful restrictions, distribution of malware, spam or phishing, infringement of intellectual property rights, interference with third-party networks/services, or activities that create excessive load on the infrastructure.
3. Limitation of Liability
FLUX VPN is not liable for the User’s actions performed through the Service, or for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. FLUX VPN is not responsible for failures caused by ISPs or third-party services. The User uses the Service at their own risk.
4. Suspension and Termination
FLUX VPN may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or limit functionality, in case of a violation of these Terms, applicable law, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of abuse.
5. Payments and Subscription
Certain features are available on a paid subscription basis. Pricing, subscription period, and billing terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing period. The User is responsible for canceling in a timely manner.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with the FLUX VPN refund policy published on the website. FLUX VPN may deny refunds in cases of partial/full use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or after the applicable refund request window has expired.
7. Changes to the Terms
FLUX VPN may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
